IAFCS Member Search Results Membership in
the IAFCS as an Associate Member shows an individual's commitment to ongoing
education and to assisting families with current best practices and
solutions for keeping children safe. All Associate Members agree to
follow the IAFCS Code of Ethics, showing their commitment to strong
professional ethics in assisting families. IAFCS Associate Membership is
open to safety-related professionals such as baby planners, nurses,
doulas, health department professionals, child passenger safety
technicians, safety educators and other baby service professionals.
As of June 1st, 2010, all Associate Members are required to pass the IAFCS
Home Safety Awareness Test2 . Associate
Members do not offer childproofing or pool fence installation services.
